How did Your Marketing Agency Coach get started?
I had a very large agency and I experience some health issues and different things along those lines. After doing a lot of soulsearching and just praying I sold that agency and decided to pursue what I consider to be my life’s calling. I want to be able to give back to the community and help other entrepreneurs out there to fulfill and maintain their version of the American Dream.
If you were to restart your original marketing agency today, what are the two most important positions you would hire and why
A project management position, specifically in the digital agency space. The owners have a tendency to be really good in either a technical, business, or sales kind of arena but they don’t have a concern to be really good when it comes to the systems and processes as it pertains to running the operations. That’s where the project manager comes in to find someone that’s really really gifted at what you’re not. The other one would be business development manager and that is going to mean is that you are gonna be managing a lot of content, events, webinars, high-level referral partners, things along those lines. The sooner you can get someone in a position to take that take those relationships to the next level, the sooner you’re going to get that explosive growth.
What are some of your most popular courses right now?
