First, you will take our Agency Health and Wellness Exam. This exam tells us exactly where your agency is on the growth curve, and gives us insight as to how to help you knock out your upcoming milestones.
This meeting only happens in the first month of our subscription together (and is outside the 2 hours of coaching you'll get - so technically on the first month you get 3 hours of coaching!). In this meeting, we outline and agree upon your first "pain points" to tackle.
After we get your pain points together during your discovery meeting, we will meet for an hour every two weeks to get you and your team on the right track. Of course I will be available outside of these hours too, but these will be our designated biweekly rhythm.
One of the most important qualities in any coach is transparent communications with one another. We use a Project Management software to keep all communications streamlined and in one place to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Accountability is another required attribute of any coach/client relationship. A lot of coaches you might hire will paint pretty pictures in your head and tell you only what you want to hear, but I will tell you what you need to hear, and keep you and your staff in gear so you can reach your goals.

"WHICH ONLINE COURSE DO I GET FIRST?"
Before the Discovery Meeting at the very beginning of our relationship, you will take a Health and Wellness Exam. I will then discuss your results with you during our meeting together, and we will decide together which areas of your agency need the most improvement.
"WHAT ARE COACHING CALLS LIKE?"
45 minutes of each coaching hour will be one on one discussions dedicated to solving all operational, growth, and profit hurdles you and your staff experience in your agency. The remaining 15 Minutes of each hour will be dedicated to accountability and followup, either with you (the owner) one one one, or with your staff or team.
