At Digital Business Architects/Marketing Agency Coach it is our mission to satisfy all of our students, and we go above and beyond to over deliver. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our online courses or one on one coaching services, please do not hesitate to contact us regarding a refund. In 99% of the cases we will award you a full refund for online courses and any unused coaching hours. In very rare cases we do reserve the right to reject any refund request as it pertains to our online courses and one on one coaching services.

For all coaching services, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the level of expertise provided, again do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. For coaching services we will require an exit interview to occur prior to any refunds being issued. If a refund is found to be in order, all coaching hours that haven't been used will be available for a refund. Please note that if any of the coaching hours have been used, you are not eligible for a refund.

Should you decide to discontinue our services you will be charged a 25% administrative/project management fee.. The 25% administrative/project setup fee only applies to the most recent payment made, any outstanding hour remaining and are available for refund in our coaching services. Please note all payments made and hours used are considered to be fulfilled as a result of you moving from one coaching session to another scheduled coaching session. 

If for any reason you abandon the online courses or one on one coaching services for more than 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. We work unbelievably hard to keep up clear and transparent communications, we would like to ask that you do the same, if at any point you are not 100% satisfied, let us know immediately and we can easily adjust our coaching style to better serve your specific needs or cancel all online courses or one on one coaching services.
