The Object Oriented Planning System helps you keep your lead harvesting, new propsect nurture, long-term prospect nurture tagging, campaigns, and business-automation-related backend tasks all organized and in place. In this photo, you’ll see that we have all of our lead harvesting tags in one place, easily found and easily accessible – any time a new lead comes into our system, we know where they can be found.

In this photo, you’ll see the inside of our mini-intro campaign. “Mini-Intro” campaigns are what we use to introduce new leads to our business and brand in a way that is specific to how they heard about us. For example, we have separate mini-intros for our text-to-lead prospects, LinkedIn leads, Facebook leads, leads that came from referrals, harvested at events – you name it. Each campaign is relatable to its prospects because it is custom tailored to the way they first met you.

This photo shows you how you can look into a specific type of prospect’s “Client Path.” If you’re unfamiliar with the client path, think of it as a customer lifecycle. Every interaction from the minute they first engage with you up until they are raging fans sending you referrals, and every step along the way. You’ll see that our Client Path for DMA Owners (Digital Marketing Agency Owners) has three steps: 1) the lead is harvested, 2) the new prospect is nurtured, 3) the prospect is launched into two long-term nurturing campaigns – holiday emails as well as helpful business tips.

Another benefit of the OOPS organization structure is being able to pinpoint exactly where your clients are in the decision-making process. Creating and assigning opportunities that correspond with that prospect’s level of interest and concentrating the marketing and promotional materials in their subject of interest makes for emails that your prospect is excited to receive – therefore you’re providing tons of value up front that will lead to more closing percentages down the road.
